Your opinion is important to us

The satisfaction and safety of our patients is our top priority. Other aspects of our quality concept are the well-being of our employees, economic management of the company and the careful use of resources and the environment. To this end, we have integrated a comprehensive management system into our company. However, it is not just the document that counts, but rather the continuous improvement of all processes and operations. Periodic monitoring of our quality standards by an independent institution is therefore a matter of course for us. Regular patient surveys are also part of professional quality control. At certain times, all discharged patients are automatically sent a questionnaire to complete. A specialised company commissioned by us analyses this questionnaire anonymously, enabling us to make a comparison with other Swiss hospitals.

We would be grateful for any suggestions you may have after your discharge. Please inform the SZO management in writing of your wishes or requests.
