Feedback Forum

The feedback forum which we have set up for our in-patients provides them with an active response to their feedback and with personalised support in resolving any difficulties or conflicts which might arise during their stay in hospital.

Valais Hospital is particularly committed to strengthening relationships based on trust and dialogue with patients and their families. The feedback forum now provides a place where patients can talk about the experiences and difficulties they have lived through in hospital.

Practical Information

The feedback forum for patients in the Valais romand region is located on the Sion Hospital site, near the main entrance.

The service is provided on weekdays from 13:30 to 17:30, except for Wednesdays, when it is open from 14:00 to 18:00; you do not need to book an appointment.

The feedback forum advisers, who are trained in mediation, are at the service of patients and their friends and families to proactively listen to any complaints, observations and suggestions regarding the patient’s stay in hospital, and to provide personalised follow-up. They are bound to maintain confidentiality, and can offer support in identifying any difficulties the patient has come across, orienting the patient towards resource persons and looking for solutions.

Valais Hospital is constantly seeking to improve the quality of its services. In this regard, patients’ anonymous feedback will allow us to understand mutual perceptions and expectations better.

Patients in the Haut-Valais region will also be provided with a similar service through the opening of a feedback forum on the Visp Hospital site, in the course of 2013.
