Sion Visiting times

1 to 4 pm and 6.30 to 8 pm.

In the interest of the patients, the schedule may be more restrictive.

Outside these hours and for exceptional reasons, permission must be obtained from the nurse.

In private, semi-private and individual rooms

10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In an isolation room

Please ask the nurse before entering.

In paediatrics and neonatology

Visits by parents are permitted throughout the day.

Maternity ward / obstetrics department

In order to promote the bonding between parents, siblings and the newborn baby, partners and siblings are welcome without restriction.
For other visitors, we recommend that they visit the family once they have returned home. If this is not possible, they are allowed to come to the maternity ward from 1.30 to 4 pm.

In intensive care

Visits are allowed for family members, limited to a maximum of two people and of short duration. Access to children is not permitted in principle.

We ask for your understanding if the nursing and paramedical staff have to intervene for care, therapy or examination during visiting hours.

for Gifts

The newsagents offers a range of small gifts, in particular newspapers, magazines and a selection of confectionery.

The florist can also advise you about a bouquet or composition of flowers. For the sake of hygiene, only cut flowers are permitted in the rooms. Flowers are not permitted in intermediate care.
