All hospital sites have a private sector. In this area, you benefit from personalised medical, nursing and hotel services, subject to medical indications.  A qualified, dedicated team ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you are comfortable from the moment you arrive until you leave. 

All patients with private or semi-private insurance are entitled to the following benefits

  • Admissions: welcome and personal assistance in your room.

    Transport: a transport service can be organised to the nearest station at the end of your stay. 

  • Flexible visiting hours: 10am to 8pm, except on medical advice.

    For special services, please contact reception. 
    You have the option of dining with your loved ones in your room (if a single room) or in the private lounge*. 
    *Only on the Martigny and Sierre sites.

    Companions: a bed can be provided free of charge*.

  • Each room in the private sector is furnished to a high standard with distinctive lines, has its own bathroom and a simple, functional lounge area. 
    Patients with private insurance are accommodated in single rooms. 
    Patients with semi-private insurance are in double rooms.

For reasons of medical and nursing care, when necessary or due to lack of availability in the private sector, patients may be located outside the sector. They will benefit from all the services listed above, with the exception of :
