Child Psychiatry
Child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy is the medical discipline that examines, treats and assesses psychological, psychosomatic, psychosocial and developmental illnesses and disorders in children and young people up to the end of adolescence.
The Valais Hospital's child psychiatry services are present in both hospitals (CHVR and SZO). They are based in Brig for the Upper Valais and in Sierre for the French-speaking Valais.
