Specific mobilisation and stabilisation techniques for the spine and extremity joints as well as the neurodynamic system. The concepts according to Maitland, SAMT, Cyriax and Sohier are applied here.

Massage is used to mechanically influence the skin, connective tissue and musculature through stretching, pulling and pressure stimuli. The effect of massage extends from the treated area of the body to the entire organism and also includes the psyche.

Pain therapy includes all therapeutic measures that lead to a reduction of pain. This therapeutic approach is mainly used for patients with chronic pain and involves an interdisciplinary approach.

Sports physiotherapy

The target group is active athletes during the build-up phase, training or rehabilitation after injuries or operations. Sports physiotherapy also includes the care of athletes.

Trigger point therapy

Trigger point therapy deals with the treatment of pain originating in the muscles, the so-called myofascial pain syndromes, which can cause chronic complaints. Chronic overuse or direct trauma to the affected muscle structures are often the cause of a myofascial pain syndrome.
